Anna is invited as a keynote speaker in Duban, S.Africa to present work on socialising genomics within the Your DNA, Your Say project.

With an international audience of approximately 200 genetic health professionals, scientists, acaemics, policy makers, patient support groups and industry, there was a prime opportunity to share experiences of the application of genomic technology. As a result of this presentation, we set up a collaboration with local genetic counsellors who will lead on the S.African arm of the Your DNA Your Say project in Zulu. We also connected with educators interested in using some of our engagement techniques with local S.African communities.
