It brings together over 375 leading institutions working in healthcare, research, patient advocacy, life science, and information technology. Global Alliance members are working together to create a common framework of harmonized approaches to enable the responsible, voluntary, and secure sharing of genomic and clinical data.

The Global Alliance for Genomics and Health is a collaborative, global partnership led by a Steering Committee and an executive team.

Global Alliance members compose a plenary body and collaborate to advance its mission. These members participate in Working Groups, Task Teams, and data sharing Projects.

The Steering Committee and Working Groups are supported by professional staff, located at Host Institutions in the UK, US, and Canada.
